Sharing

Every trip, workbook, box project, list, meal plan, household, calendar, journal and goal list, and who it's shared with. Choose Edit to change who can view or edit it. Whoever created something always keeps full access, and sharing with someone who can't open that app yet turns it on for them at the same level.

Every change to who can open what, newest first.

APIs and AI

Control external services across the whole site. Claude is the primary AI provider; Gemini is its backup. Only the site owner can save changes.

Email

Who the emails come from and what they say. Both addresses must be on your domain. Write each message in the editor — headings, bold, lists, quotes and links all carry through to the email. Placeholders (the shaded words, added from Insert) are filled in for each person, and {link} becomes a button. In the welcome email, any paragraph that mentions {link} is left out when you send it without a PIN link.

Text messages

Send trip and site updates only to people who opted in themselves. A phone number entered by an admin stays pending until that person confirms in Your account.

Apps

Switch an app off to close it for everyone except you. Nothing in it is deleted.

Appearance

Pick a colour scheme for the whole site: the menu, the home page, and each app's own colours follow it. Click one to try it here; Apply saves it for everyone.
